Mike Vincent is a lifetime Seaford-dweller, as well as a graduate of the local high school. Mike is a Past President of the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department, where he is a 43 year lifetime member and was awarded the title of Chief Emeritus. With 14 years of service on the City of Seaford Planning and Zoning Commission and 3 years of service on the Seaford City Council, Mike was elected to Sussex County Council in 2008 and is currently serving as Council President.

Currently, Mike serves on the State of Delaware E-9-1-1 Emergency Services Board and is an active member of the Seaford Community Food Closet, the Board of the Western Sussex Boys and Girls Club, and of St. Johns United Methodist Church.

Mike and his wife Elaine live in Seaford, and are the proud parents of their daughter Michelle (Keith) and proud grandparents of Morgan, Zachary and Bailey who live in Glen Allen, Virginia.
